The Core Quality Measures Collaborative is a multi-stakeholder effort including the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), America’s Health Insurance Plans (AHIP), the National Quality Forum (NQF) and physicians, consumers, and purchaser representatives. The Collaborative is working to bring alignment to quality measurement and reporting across payers and programs, and has released its first sets of core quality measurements:
