Craig A. Dyer

Craig Dyer currently serves as President of Optum Health California and leads Optum Health Networks.

Optum Health California is the largest multi-payor, multi-line of business, value-based care organization in the nation.  It provides care to more than 1.5 million patients across California in fully capitated and delegated risk-based arrangements through a network of more than 17,000 employed and contracted providers.

Optum Health Networks is one of the largest contracted care delivery networks in the nation, providing care to 5M patients in risk-based arrangements through a network of more than 125,000 aligned physicians and advanced practice clinicians across 27 states.

Craig has over 20 years of experience in healthcare and has held a variety of leadership roles since joining Optum Health in 2019 including Optum Health Chief Strategy Officer, Optum Health West Chief Strategy & Growth Officer, and Optum Health Pacific West Chief Financial Officer.

Prior to Optum Health, Craig held Strategy, Operations, Finance, Payor Contracting, Network Contracting, and Business Development roles with Davita Medical Group and served as a Case Team Leader at Bain and Company focused on Healthcare Strategy & Private Equity.

Craig holds an MBA from The Graduate School of Business at Stanford University and a B.S. in Business from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
