Hanna Park, PharmD serves as the Executive Director of Value-based Performance at Triad HealthCare Network (THN), Cone Health. Hanna brings more than 10 years of health care operations experience as a value-based care leader, after serving as the Director of Quality Informatic since 2019. She also, served as the interim Chief Administrative Officer in 2023. Prior to joining THN, she served as a quality leader for ACOs under multi clinical integrated networks.
In her current role, her duties include overseeing daily THN activities and operations to ensure the operational and financial success of THN. She provides organizational leadership, values, and strategic direction to fulfill the mission, vision, and business objectives of THN. Since joining our team, Hanna has made several notable contributions that include providing strategic leadership and direction for 20-plus value-based contracts from both public and private payer sectors and contributing to Cone Sponsored Health Team Advantage MA PPO 5 Star Plan in 2020 and 2021. In addition, Hanna also helped THN achieve #1 Quality in Next Generation ACOs in the Nation in 2021; maintained the minimum of 4.0 Average Star for all Medicare Advantage value-based contracts; and drove more than $70M-plus performance-related revenues to the organization. Hanna’s educational background includes a Doctor of Pharmacy from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with Highest Honors and Highest Distinction and a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry from North Carolina State University. She also completed an American Society of Health-System Pharmacist-accredited Health System Pharmacy Administration residency at University of Maryland Medical Center in Baltimore, Maryland.
