Roscoe was born in Takoma Park Maryland and was raised on the east coast for the first half of my life. I moved to Loma Linda California in 1987 for medical school and my OBGYN residency. We have lived in the Santa Clarita Valley since 1999. I am the father to 3 wonderful daughters ages 16-26 yrs. I enjoy bicycling, swimming, and waterskiing.
Roscoe started with Facey as a staff Physician OBGYN in 1999 and am still clinically active within Facey and at Henry Mayo Newhall Hospital (HMNH) and Providence Holy Cross Medical Center. I started attending APG when it was still CAPG and have been to meetings on both coasts. I have served at HMNH as the OBGYN Department Chair, Surgical Peer Review Chair and just completed serving on the HMNH Board of Directors (2011-2023) and chairing the Patient Care and Safety Committee(2013-present). I have completed a 2-year fellowship in Medical Leadership through California Health Care Foundation associated with UCSF while a Regional Medical Director and completed an MBA with a Healthcare emphasis at the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 2018. In 2019, I was elected President and CEO of Facey Medical Group.
